The Contrast Therapy Experience
Heat Session
Begin in our traditional Finnish sauna, allowing heat to penetrate muscles, open pores, and initiate deep relaxation. Stay for 10-15 minutes.
Cold Plunge
Transition to our cold plunge pool. The shock of cold water activates your body's natural healing response. Start with 30 seconds, building over time.
Repeat & Rest
Alternate between heat and cold 2-3 times. End with rest in our relaxation area, allowing your body to integrate the benefits.
